Only property owners or legally authorized representatives can post advertisements on ToLet Search. Posting listings on behalf of third-party broker companies is strictly prohibited. Violators' accounts will be permanently suspended.

2. Verification Quality Control

All submitted listing details, addresses, and images undergo moderator review. ToLet Search reserves the right to reject, hide, or edit descriptions or delete low-quality/inappropriate photographs without prior notification.

3. Zero-Brokerage Guarantee

No user (landlord or tenant) may charge or solicit brokerage, facilitation fees, or processing commissions for property leads generated on this site. Transactions are completed directly between owners and tenants.

4. Limitation of Liability

ToLet Search acts strictly as a matching billboard and does not own, lease, or manage any listed properties. We are not responsible for tenant-owner disputes, security deposit returns, or rental agreement breaches. Users are advised to perform standard verification before transferring funds.
